The Remurea Local - American Oak engineered flooring

The cafe in Remurea was going be closed for several weeks while it under went a makeover. Part of this was that Nufloors would be sanding a prefinished black floor.

While that might have been the plan that was definitely not what happened. The makeover never happened to start with and the customer never shifted the furniture for us. This of course brought everything to a stand still while we got it sorted.
Once the owner had everything shifted we soon made short work of the floor and by the end of day one we had it down the fine sanding. The next day we got the floor finished and had the first coat of black on it. Then over the coming days we coated it up to a finished product.
This was one job that could have been easier if the customer had done his part. As customer you have a responsibility to your tradesmen to make their respective jobs as easy as possible. If you don't you may end up with a unhappy tradesman and a extra bill.
This American Oak hardwood floor was coated with water based polyurethane from Bona with a black die added to get the results we wanted.
