Scope of work - rough sand, trowel fill then fine sand
Finish - 3 coats of Water based finish low sheen

I would say that seventy percent of all our work comes from people who are renovating their house. This one is one of these. A few walls taken out and the kitchen ripped out it becomes a clean canvas for something great.

This floor had been done once before in solvent based polyurethane and the re sanding needed to be done with course paper to get the floor flat where the walls had been. Plus this heart Rimu floor needed to be done while working are the painters.

Nufloors Auckland Floor Sanding sometimes as to work around other tradesmen and though we should be booked in and have a free run sometimes others old up the party. This could be a disadvantage to us completing our part on time. But this does happen.

Apart from that we got in and got the job done with no major problems. The floor was coated with a water based polyurethane from Handley Industries and was coated in Matt.
