Renfrew Ave is another floor that was supplied, installed and sanded and polyurethaned by Nufloors Floor Sanding Services Auckland. Nufloors as a great supplier for America Oak and now have several installer to get the job done for you.

On this floor the concrete was grinded then sealed. The second floor was sanded to insure a flat clean surface for the glue to stick to. Our layers then got on site and in just a couple of days the American Oak hardwood floor was down.

From there our floor sanders got on site and in half a day the floor was coated. The customer wanted a slightly different look so a mid brown stain was added to the polyurethane at a mix of 10%. This colour was a creation of our head floorsander has now been used numerous times.

With two coats of polyurethane with the stain in it put on the floor the colour was spot on. It was then completed with a coat of low sheen.
