Dover place, Remuera - Bamboo Flooring

Dover place, Remuera - Bamboo Flooring.This Bamboo Floor in Mission Bay was like no other that we at Nufloors had done before. The hard work put in by our team was nothing short of brutal. Unlike most floors that we do this one took its toll on them. Normally a prefinished floor would need only a 40 grit to get it clean but this was not to be the case with this floor.

Having started with a 40 grit to no avail they ended up going to a 16 grit. Even that proved to be to hard for it. But never mind. With the mind set of not giving up they made their way through and got to the finishing stages by the next day.

At it is at that point I came to the rescue and helped push them through to get it coated. The customer was away over seas but before going had chosen to go for the blonded system. With a coat of white water based a day by weeks end the floors where completed. Two days later we went back to put their furniture back in place.

Now has a rule it is NOT NUFLOORS RESPONSIBILITY to remove or put back furniture. This is the customers responsibility. However all said and done we got the job completed and the furniture back.
The floor was coated with a water based polyurethane from Handley Industries and was coated with white.
