Anglesea Street, Water based Polyurethane, Kauri flooring, Matt Finish water base 2 pack 

Timber Species - Existing Kauri Timber flooring
Scope of work - rough sand, Spot fill and fine sand
Finish - 3 coats of Solvent based finish low sheen

This not so beautiful Kauri flooring was on the hard list. If one was to look at the before photos you probably still couldn't appreciate the hard work that was involved on floor sanding wood floors of this nature..
It has been awhile since I have done a residential property that had native timber flooring this bad. Unfortunately, the photos don't show how over the place this wooden floor really was and how bad the original floor sanding was.. A bit like a roller coaster. However, it wasn't the first time I had done hard floors like this. So I started the floor sanding process, we cut it back hard and used lots of epoxy filler, as we had some timber floor repairs to do and away I went. We used a commercial waterbase system on this newly polished wooden floor.

Don't ever assume that a floor can't be sanded. We have done many "way" to hard floors with wonderful results. Check our Gallery here Wb Anglesea
Nufloors always likes a challenge to any timber floor so we say the harder the better.
