Scope of work - rough sand, Spot fill and fine sand
Finish - 3 coats of Solvent based finish low sheen

Frangipani Ave is a floor for one of our key customers. Our floor sanders always do the lounge, hall, dining and kitchen in his houses. Whenever he has pine floorboards Nufloors always stain it for him.The colour required is usually the same for his pine floors. This is because pine is a plain timber and one I prefer to stain.

As a general rule I am not in favor of staining our New Zealand timbers but pine is the exception to the rule. the floor sanding was completed on the first day, stained with wattyl mid brown, ans 3 coats of mirrotone solvent based polyurethane

Years ago I was luck to do three shop floors for a company called Waves and Boards where we did the shop floor in a pattern in three colour Red, White and Blue. So nothing is impossible to do.
