Ride Way, Water based Polyurethane, Kwila flooring, 3 coats of Low Shean Finish

Timber Species - existing Kwila engineered Timber flooring
Scope of work - rough sand, trowel fill then fine sand
Finish - 3 coats of Water based finish low sheen

Well this was a nice easy job for me on a Saturday morning. A hours drive from my house to the North Shore to do this pre finished Kwila timber floor. The wooden flooring was looking a bit tired which is funny because that's about how I feel at the moment. And the customer wanted it to look new. The problem was that we had only one day to do it in. As luck would have it we now have a one-day system where we can now get three coats of water based polyurethane on in one day. With the help of our new KT machine the floor sander had the first coat on by 10.30. Not to bad at all.

You should see this machine in action. It is so cool. But then we would have to kill you. Lol. No not really but I did do a short video on it and it worth watching if you're into that sort of thing. Anyway I arrive on site at 7.30 and had three coats on by 12.00. Now thats cooking. or express floor sanding
