Scope of work - rough sand, Spot fill and fine sand and stain
Finish - 3 coats of Solvent based finish low sheen

The beauty of natural timber flooring is it's timeless beauty and you can do so much with it to make yours. From stained to blonde floor finishes the choice is yours. We arrived on site to wooden floors that was already sanded and polyurethaned. However, the new owners didn't like the natural colour and wanted something new. floor sanders Auckland was now in action.

After a few stain samples were done on site, their floor a colour was chosen and away our floor sanders we went.Over the coming days sanding wooden floors we removed all the previous coatings, we then trowel filled and fine sanded this beautiful Matai floor ready for timber floor staining. After a coat of stain was applied to the timber flooring, We then let the stain dry for 24 hours, the wooden staining process started to come together nicely.
