Scope of work - rough sand, then fine sand
Finish - 2 coats of Water-based finish low sheen Decking stain

Their decks were also in need of a makeover. Now as I pointed out at the start we don't generally do decks and this was a first for me. What products do we use? We took many colour charts along with different products to the customer to choose from. Once this was done I made some phone calls to get the best important for applying the product on to the deck. Turns out this wasn't going to be as hard to apply as I thought.

So the product choice by the customer is UltraDeck from Intergram. Which is a Dulux product range. This product is very easy to apply and can be done by any home handy man. So back to the job at hand.

After many hours of floor sanding we got this deck up to the stage we would have been at if we were going to polyurethane it. So after all the sanding work was completed we started to stain the deck. Oh my did it look good. So with two coats applied to the deck the job was completed and ready for the restaurant to reopen.
