Full swing,October floor sanding and installing timber floors

The week Of 6th had our floor sanding guys out at a job that the customer installed his own solid hardwood flooring, we epoxed the natural holes in the American oak flooring then the floor sanding and polishing was fun, Auckland decided to have one of its thunderstorms, the house was completely surrounded by water, we thought we were in the middle of a lake, later after the storm abated we finished with a high gloss finish, see the gallery. the second team of floor sanders was on to a developers house in Mangere bridge south auckland, floor sanding the entire house, then off to mt Eden for another small job

The week of 13th saw me back on the floor, a Tasmanian oak flooring in need of some T.L.C. I Teamed up with my head floor sander and we had a staircase to redo with a stainless handrail in the way, once removed i was onto the stairs while hugh attacked the beautiful Tasmanian oak flooring, the pictures are in our gallery Once completed hugh was back into Auckland to the altrans building where he was in battle once again with jackie chan. the second team for floor sanders had a job in mt wellington, a small 25 meters then back to mt Eden to a old floor which need some timber flooring repairs to be done, once we sourced the recycled timber floorboards and completed the wooden floor repairs, Gareth worked over the weekend to complete this job.

The week of 20th our wooden floor company was off to Ramarama to prep the concrete floor for a new timber floor installation, installing timber floors over epoxy concrete. While our timber flooring installers we laying the hardwood flooring we were onto 3 other jobs, Team 2 had a 4 layer vinyl uplift, (Their favourite) then the whole house was to be sanded and polyurethaned, Team 1 was also onto a whole house for one of our developers, floor sanding Auckland two whole houses, 50 meters in Howick and a wood flooring installation, we had our work cut out.

the week of 27th our head floor sanders was Back to ramarama south auckland to fine sand and Natural oil this just hardwood floor. Photos in our Gallery. we also do work for the council so was placed onto a small job in New market, re stripping a prefinished hardwood floor, commercial water base was applied. Later in the week our floor sanders Auckland started a Comunity hall in laningholm west auckland, this was a fire damaged hall, after the repair work was completed our job was to remove the old poly and apply 4 coats of a natural commercial water based p[olyurethane.
