Timber Species - existing Matai Timber flooring
Scope of work - rough sand, Spot fill and fine sand
Finish - 3 coats of Solvent based finish low sheen

This was pretty easy job for our floor sanders team at Nufloors. We had come in a few weeks ago and did a prep sand before the new kitchen went in. Now back to the job we trowel filled the wooden flooring with a matai filler to match the timber. Then the floor sanding process was completed and coated.
Now if you happen to be looking at the pictures in our gallery you may notice that there is one part that looks like new timber flooring. That's correct, however this time the timber floor installiation was not done by Nufloors. Not that that matters as we didn't have time to do this one.
What we did do however was when we were about to put the last coat on the owner asked about re glazing the hall and bathroom. No problem we can do that. So once the price was confirmed we coated the lot in a semi gloss for him.

I would like to say that if you are reading our blogs you can see that in the last couple of weeks we have been to Taukau, Maraiti, Epsom, Albany, Manurewa and Remuera. I guess thats why we say floorsanding Auckland. Because we sure do get around.
