Prictor street Papakura, South Auckland is a typical do up by one of our property investors. Typically these types of jobs are on a short time frame with other trades on site while we are doing the floor sanding. A recipe for disaster ?

As per usual we turned up to find chaos. Too many tradies trying to get their jobs done where we are working. So to get this job done we will need a plan change. This customer was so pressed for time that there was 10 painters on site.. wow. Never to worry we had a system organized with the other tradies so onto the process of sanding floors. Two pack water base was chosen as it dries fast and has no smell so the other tradies could work in other parts of the house.

The timber floor was rimu and once 3 coats were applied came up a treat. The developer was happy as this feature wooden floors help sell his project photos here
