Now at this job the Nufloors team consisted of Daryl the CEO and the head man me. We got contacted by a real estate agent responsible for the house. The owner was looking to sell this house and wanted to give it a makeover first. Now you would like to think that this should be easy however, in this case the owner lives in Australia somewhere. So communication was by email to the owner and by phone for the agent as they were looking for an Auckland floor sanding company.

The floor was another Tasmanian Oak hardwood for Nufloors to sand and polyurethane. So let me tell you a little about this house.
To start with it a upstairs downstairs house. The top floor was at street level and the downstairs was at the lower level with polished concrete floors which by the way looked cool. Now the upstairs lounge and hallway which was very big was my mission while Daz had the bad luck of sanding something like 22 stairs. Poor bugger. So we got down to what we do best and punched it out and over a day and a half we got it done.
The transformation on this Tasmanian Oak floor was nothing short of amazing. I should say that with the stairs there were no toe boards on it so all downstairs had to be covered up to protect the floor. Another beautiful floor completed by Nufloors Floor Sanding Services Auckland
